About Me

For more than 25 years, I have served as a senior executive at premier retail and technology companies including Williams-Sonoma, Walmart, and Rakuten. I have successfully built and led large Product and Analytic teams in the Technology space.

Through these rich experiences I developed a passion for helping others unleash their unique gifts and realize their full potential, whether that translated into becoming a successful C-Suite executive, launching a business, or simply finding a path to personal growth.

My drive to help others began during my experience teaching high school in the culturally diverse East End of London. Later, my time in the corporate world cemented my belief that we can all use help—and that finding and applying what we’re passionate about leads to a more fulfilling, successful life.

I am blessed with a wonderful horse, cat, and human partner in my life. If I’m not horseback riding, gardening, hiking, attempting another Ottelenghi recipe or struggling to make something vaguely recognizable out of a lump of clay, I’ll probably be on my yoga mat!
